Making Process

Fabric: 80% cotton / 20% poly fleece (300 GSM) for comfort and dye absorption.

Tie-Dye Process: Applied post-construction to finished hoodie; traditional tie-dye with rubber bands or strings; dye colors per spec.

Construction: Hood with secure drawcord; reinforced pockets; linked shoulders; clean seams.

Finishing: Post-dye rinse and wash; shrink control; QC for pattern consistency and color evenness.

Sourcing

Compliant fleece mills; eco-dyes; drawcord and trims within RSL.
